Taylor's bedroom.

I've been meaning to post this for so long.
When we first moved in, Taylor's room LOOKED LIKE THIS.
Now that room is the boys' bedroom and LOOKS LIKE THIS.
We moved her to the back bedroom and this is what it looks like right now.
Chaotic and full of everything she adores.
I didn't clear anything from the photos or make the beds.
I want to remember it exactly how it is right now.
A few months shy of her ninth birthday.
Before the posters of boys appear.
Before the hamper becomes full of clothing another size bigger.
Before her obsession with pandas and reading fades.

I love seeing her room just how it is.
My favorite.

  1. Love this room - so cute, the quote inside the mirror frame is great. So many cute details, and the room looks great with no 'picking up'!

  8. What a great way to capture memories! I get so frustrated because I had both of my girls' rooms exactly how I wanted them. And then we moved. Now we are renting. We've lived here a year, and weren't sure what we were going to do. Now that we just resigned our lease for another year, I'm thinking about painting their rooms. I just hate to put money in to a house that isn't ours, yet who knows if and when we will be moving!
